Dr. Shirmeka
Founder & Lead Strategist

I am the founder of Lead With Shirmeka—a faith-based leadership and educational consulting brand rooted in Kingdom purpose and spiritual clarity. With over 15 years of experience in Christian education, school administration, and leadership coaching, I bring a blend of prophetic insight and practical strategy to every space I serve. My background as a former educator, counselor, principal, nonprofit executive director, and corporate trainer has shaped my commitment to equipping leaders to serve with excellence, integrity, and impact. I hold a Doctorate in Ministry (D.Min) and am currently pursuing a Ph.D., standing on a foundation of both academic preparation and spiritual conviction.

My mission is to raise up leaders who don’t just lead well—but finish well. I serve Christian educators, ministries, nonprofits, and individuals who desire to merge faith and leadership in meaningful ways. I’ve had the honor of being a recognized speaker at national conferences and have been acknowledged for contributions in women’s leadership, Christian education, and curriculum development. Through Lead With Shirmeka, I provide coaching, consulting, and mentorship programs that are spirit-led and strategy-centered. Whether in classrooms, churches, or cultural spaces, I help others walk boldly in their God-given assignments and build legacies that echo in eternity.

The Treasure Exchange

Developing Character, Discovering Identity, Living on Purpose, and Thriving in Christ-Centered Community.

“We have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us.” — 2 Corinthians 4:7

“That we might be mutually encouraged by each other’s faith, both yours and mine.” — Romans 1:12

Our Vision

The Treasure Exchange is a mentorship ministry for adolescent girls and young women ages 13–30. We exist to spiritually develop and equip a generation of young women to abandon cultural conformity and joyfully reflect the glory of Christ in every area of life.

We don’t just mentor. We disciple. We don’t just build. We exchange—lies for truth, fear for faith, potential for purpose.

Our Why

In a world that rewards performance and praises popularity, young women are often left spiritually malnourished, emotionally disconnected, and unsure of who they are. We’re here to change that.

The Treasure Exchange is a sacred space where daughters become disciples, and confidence is rooted in Christ.

Core Values

Character

We believe mentoring through the Word of God develops Christlike character that sustains purpose, calling, and influence.

Identity

We teach young women to see themselves through God’s eyes. No more insecurity, no more comparison. Only truth.

Purpose

There is no substitute for knowing your God-given purpose. We help young women walk boldly in their divine assignment.

Community

We cultivate Acts 2:42–43 community—where faith flourishes in authentic, accountable, Christ-centered relationships.

Our Model

The Treasure Exchange follows the mentoring style of Jesus Christ:

  • Intentional Selection – Not everyone was called to be one of the 12. We’re selective because discipleship demands depth.
  • Small Group Focus – Real growth happens in intimate spaces where vulnerability meets truth.
  • Equipped to Impact – Just like Jesus, we prepare our disciples to be sent—to change lives, shift culture, and glorify God.

This is not casual commitment. This is covenant.
